Pasta With Turkey Breast and Mushrooms
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
– 250 gr cooked wholewheat pasta
– 1 onion sliced
– 2 turkey breasts cubed
– 2 slices of bacon
– 1 cup of mushrooms sliced
– tomato sauce
– parsley
– salt and pepper
– oregano
– basil
– curry
– rosemary
– olive oil
Preparation:
First boil the pasta and then place the sliced onion in a pan. After a minute or two add the turkey breasts and after 15 minutes add salt, pepper, curry and rosemary, then add the bacon and the mushrooms.
Let it simmer for 10 more minutes and at the end add the tomato sauce.
Add the basil, oregano and parsley and cook it for 5 more minutes. Add the pasta and stir everything well.
