Beef ‘n’ Veggies with Eggs

As a ground beef lover I came up with this amazing recipe. It’s simple and filling, with lots of flavor.

– Total Time Prep: 35 min.

– Makes: 2 servings


– 1 small onion
– 300gr. ground beef
– 150gr. red and green bell peppers
– 150gr. broccoli
– 100gr. sweet corn
– 4 eggs
– Salt
– Pepper
– Paprika
– Ginger powder
– Garlic powder
– Rosemary
– Curry
– Fresh parsley
– Olive oil


First add the pan on heat and add in olive oil and the chopped onion. After 5 minutes add the ground beef and let it simmer for 10 minutes, then add the red and green chopped bell peppers, broccoli and sweet corn and let it simmer for another 15 minutes. While simmering add the salt, pepper, paprika, ginger powder, garlic powder, rosemary, curry and fresh parsley to taste.

In the meantime scramble 4 eggs and add them to the pan and mix everything together. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
