For the Meat Mixture: • 350gr Turkey breasts in cubes • 50gr Bacon, sliced • 2 Garlic cloves, chopped • Sesame seeds (to taste) • 1 Celery stalk, sliced • 180gr Sour cream • Oil • Seasonings: salt, pepper, rosemary, parsley, chili and curry (to taste)
For the Salad: • 1 Avocado • 1 Tomato • 1 Small Cucumber • 1 Radish (All of the ingredients for the salad are sliced in small cubes) • Extra virgin oil (to taste) • Salt, pepper and red hot pepper flakes (to taste)
PREPARATION:
1. In a pan put a little oil and the sliced turkey. Then add the chili, pepper and rosemary. Cook for 15 minutes. 2. Then add the sliced bacon and sesame and cook for another 5 minutes. 3. At the end when the meat is done add the sour cream, celery, parsley, salt, pepper and curry and cook for a little longer. 4. In the meantime you should prepare the salad.In a bowl add the sliced avocado, tomato, cucumber and radish. 5. Then add olive oil, salt, pepper and red hot pepper flakes. Mix well all together. 6. Take 1 tortilla and first put the meat mixture then the salad and wrap it tight. 7.
