Healthy Strawberry-Banana Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 tsp of honey
- Pumpkin seeds
- Coconut water
Instructions:
Chop the banana and add it in a blender, then put the frozen strawberries, oats, honey and at the end add the pumpkin seeds. After that pour the coconut water as desired.
Blend everything and pour it in a glass. Before serving sprinkle coconut flour over the smoothie.
