Vitamin Salad

* Cabbage
* Carrot
* Beetroot
* Olive oil
* Apple cider vinegar
* Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Grate the cabbage, beetroot and carrot and put it in a bowl. Then add salt and pepper, olive oil and apple cider vinegar to taste and mix everything.
