The Best Chicken Burrito Recipe
INGREDIENTS (for 6 burritos)
• 6 Wheat tortillas with tomato
For the Meat Mixture:
• 350gr Chicken breasts in cubes
• 50gr Sweet corn
• 1 Onion, diced
• 150 gr Mushrooms, sliced
• 180gr Sour cream
• Oil
• Seasonings: salt, pepper, rosemary, parsley, chili and curry (to taste)
For the Salad:
• 1 Tomato, cubed
• 1 Small Cucumber, cubed
• Extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
PREPARATION
1. In a pan put a little oil and the diced onion. Then add the sliced chicken, salt, pepper, chili and rosemary. Cook for 15 minutes.
2. Then add the sliced mushrooms and sweet corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
3. At the end when the meat is done add the sour cream, parsley, salt, pepper and curry and cook for a little longer.
4. In the meantime you should prepare the salad. In a bowl add the sliced tomato and cucumber. Then add olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well all together.
5. Take 1 tortilla and first put the meat mixture then the salad and wrap it tight.
