Chocolate Muffins With Sunflower Seeds

Chocolate muffins with sunflower seeds.
Ingredients: (for 8 muffins)
– 3/4 Cup Dark chocolate chips
– 1/2 Cup Butter
– 3 Large Eggs
– 1 Tbsp Coconut flour
– 2 Tbsp Wholewheat flour Sunflower seeds
Instructions:
1. Place the chocolate chips and butter in a bowl, microwave in 30-second increments until fully melted. In the meantime whisk the eggs.
2. When melted add the eggs and stir the mixture well.
3. Then add coconut flour and whole wheat flour. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
4. Place 8 paper liners in the wells of a muffin tin and fill 3/4 of them.
5. Before baking sprinkle them with sunflower seeds.
6. Preheat the oven to 356 F degrees. Bake the muffins for 10-15 minutes.
7. Best served with oranges, peaches and bananas.
